**Job Summary**:
**Salary**:Starting at $40,000 plus commission (based on experience)
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize RFMS software to manage all project-related tasks, including creating quotes, work orders, purchase orders, and pick tickets.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls on the sales floor, providing prompt and professional customer support.
- Assist customers with product selection by offering expert guidance and custom flooring design solutions tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and timely follow-ups.
- Oversee flooring projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, design trends, and pricing changes to provide accurate and informed recommendations.
- Coordinate material ordering and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, installers, and project managers throughout each phase of the project.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to confirm project specifications and verify customer satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service on the showroom floor, guiding clients through the sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Contribute to the overall appearance and organization of the showroom by managing samples, updating displays, and keeping the space clean and inviting.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the flooring, home improvement, or interior design industries.
- Strong working knowledge of project management/sales software (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional, customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs or project requirements.
- Basic knowledge of flooring materials, installation practices, and design principles (training available).
- Willingness to conduct site visits and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
Work days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
