**About Us**
Cooke Store Fixtures is a small, customer-focused supplier of retail store fixtures, displays, and shelving. We help retailers create efficient and visually appealing store environments with high-quality products and personalized service. As we grow, we’re looking for a driven and personable **Sales Representative** to join our team.

**Job Summary**
This is a hybrid role combining outside sales with in-store customer service. You’ll be on the road visiting clients to develop new business and working in-store assisting walk-in customers and supporting daily operations.

**What You’ll Do**
- Generate leads and build relationships through cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Visit customer locations to understand needs and present product solutions
- Provide friendly, helpful service to walk-in customers in the store
- Prepare quotes and sales proposals for both in-store and field clients
- Support in-store tasks like merchandising or inventory when needed
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales activity using our CRM
- Meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up to date on inventory, new products, and industry trends
- Represent the company at occasional trade shows or industry events

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in outside sales or customer service (retail, B2B, or similar)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Comfortable working both in-store and out in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
