We are a small family-run business and currently looking to hire a Line Cook and Prep Cook. We serve Vietnamese-Mexican fusion street food. Our establishment is a take-out spot, there is no sit down dining available. The individual we are currently looking for is someone with a passion and commitment in the food industry. This person may also be required to work alongside the team on our Food Truck during the Summer season.

Must have at least 1-2 years experience in the kitchen and good knife skills. This position requires someone with attention to details and able to follow through with instructions.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to all food service regulations and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
