What You’ll be Doing:
VSCLOC (Vehicle Safety & Compliance Liaison Office Canada)- Review & respond to dealer’s requests related to claim submissions for active field actions (Safety Recalls, Limited Satisfaction Campaigns and Warranty Enhancement Programs)- Review claims on hold
- due to Consequential damage requests submitted by dealers. Escalate as needed.-
- Answer dealer general inquiries on VSCLOC hotline, document/escalate concerns on claim process
Warranty Claims- Review & respond to dealer’s requests related to claim submissions- Review and process dealer claims on hold- Prepare and send the daily report- Review and process rejected claims from TMC- Review odometer correction requests from dealers- Other duties as required
What You’ll Bring:
- Post-secondary education required- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills-
- Familiarity with TCI Case Management System (CMS) (an asset)-
- Excellent interpersonal skills- Work well in a team environment- Proven ability to initiate & improve work processes to increase efficiencies- Understanding of automotive/mechanical repair basics (an asset)- Bilingual skills (English/French) preferred
