BẢNK BAO is a new and exciting fast-casual restaurant specializing in delicious handmade Gua Bao and serving Bánh Mì ( Vietnamese sandwiches ). Our mission is to bring a unique and flavorful experience to our customers by offering a diverse menu of mouth-watering Asian cuisine creations. We take pride in using high-quality ingredients, daily fresh Bao providing excellent customer service, and a positive working environment.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Member. As a Kitchen Member, you will responsible for our day-to-day signature Bao sandwiches while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. BẢNK BAO prides itself in providing the cross-training opportunities for all positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- “Build from scratch” Bao sandwiches according to our recipes and standards
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Prepares vegetables, meat following safe food handling procedures at all times
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in the kitchen
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain an efficient and organized kitchen workflow
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere

Qualifications:

- Previous kitchen experience in a fast-casual or restaurant setting (preferred)
- Speak Mandarin or Catonese ( preferred )
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
