Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our team. As part of the kitchen crew, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork and has a passion for food.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation, cooking, and portioning.
- Support production of fresh pasta, sauces, and ready-to-eat meals.
- Help with packaging, labeling, and organizing finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving, labeling, and rotating stock.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet deadlines and production goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset (but not required — we provide training).
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures (Food Handler’s Certificate an asset).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting.
- Comfortable with physical tasks (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when needed.
