Forest City Wildlife is seeking a motivated and reliable Wildlife Management Specialist to join our growing team. No prior experience is required, but basic knowledge of power tools and comfort working at heights are essential. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide wildlife management services, including humane trapping, removal, and relocation of animals such as raccoons, squirrels, birds, bats, and more.
- Inspect properties for signs of wildlife infestations and assess potential entry points.
- Install exclusion materials such as vents, screens, and seals to prevent future wildlife entry.
- Maintain accurate service records and report wildlife activity to management.
- Safely operate basic power tools and equipment to complete wildlife control tasks.
- Work at heights when required to access attics, rooftops, or other high areas.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding service procedures, costs, and recommendations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold Forest City Wildlife's reputation for professionalism and quality.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of power tools and comfort working at heights.
- No prior wildlife control experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (attics, rooftops, basements, outdoors).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Schedule**:

**Education**:

- Secondary School diploma (preferred).

**Experience**:

- No prior experience in wildlife control required.
- Basic knowledge of power tools and comfort working at heights (required).

**License/Certification**:

- Valid Driver’s License (required).
