**Lectron Radio Sales Ltd., Position Summary**

Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, the Business Development and Account Manager (BDAM) will play an integral role in the growth and development of LRS. In partnership with the functional business leaders, the BDAM will have ownership for effectively managing the growth and development of LRS brand and retail partners.

This is a highly visible role that requires executive presence, challenging the status quo, and keeping abreast of industry trends to ensure LRS is continually exceeding the needs of our existing partners and to ensure the growth of new brand and retail partners.

**Lectron Radio Sales Ltd., Key Responsibilities**

Continually evolve and execute LRS strategic vision and direction for customer growth in collaboration with Sr. Management

Identify growth opportunities within existing and new national retail and independent accounts

Identify product and brand consumer demand.

Preform market, brand and product analysis of existing and new business opportunities

Identify and maintain strong manufacturer and supplier relationships

**Lectron Radio Sales Ltd., Position Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained

Industry experience with proven sales success (preferred)

Technology and industry insights

Highly organized and purposeful approach

Strong leadership with the ability to influence and motivate

Ability to understand complex business problems, market trends and challenges and synthesize them into a clear concise development plan.

Comfortable with all levels of management and able to communicate (orally and written) a vision and present effective to customers and team members

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and experience

Ability to work remotely with limited direction (at times)

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
