Sales Development Representative

Digital marketing has quickly become an essential component to all businesses looking to succeed post COVID, and WebMarketers is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team
We are a fast-growing company focused on helping small to medium sized businesses succeed online. As a team, we build high-converting custom websites and execute on the right strategies that help our clients make the most money from their marketing investments.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for new client acquisition in the Ottawa and surrounding regions. Previous sales experience is a must, knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
**Required Skills**:
- Experience in sales and account management
- Proven success in gaining and retaining a client base
- Persistent and outgoing social skills
- An ability to go outbound on targeted sales calls, lead Zoom meetings, prepare research and communicate strategies to business owners
- Exceptional organization, time management & communication skills
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Knowledge of writing customer proposals
- Ability to work flexible hours or overtime to meet project deliverables
- Outgoing and positive attitude in a sales environment

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
