**Summary**

We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Campbell Ford. In this role, you will be essential in managing customer appointments and ensuring a seamless experience for clients seeking repair services. Your contributions will help maintain our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet service customers promptly and courteously.
- Accurately enter and verify customer and vehicle information.
- Manage incoming appointment requests from customers via phone and online platforms.
- Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize workflow and service delivery.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information regarding their vehicle repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions in our system.
- Inform customers about current service promotions.
- Check for outstanding recalls and warranty coverage, advising customers accordingly.
- Initiate outbound contacts for service reminders, missed appointments, seasonal tire changes, and service promotions.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure parts availability for scheduled maintenance or recalls.
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving any scheduling conflicts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software or CRM systems is an asset.
- A positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
