We export motorcycle helmets, parts and other products to Japan.

We are looking for an Entry-Level person who is willing to learn and take on responsibility.

**Requirements**:

- Eligible to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent residency, long-term working permit)
- Graduated from High School or higher
- Willing to learn and to research how to accomplish new tasks
- Self
- motivated, able to finish tasks with mínimal supervision
- Writing, Reading, Speaking English: Advanced or Fluent
- Writing, Reading, Speaking Japanese: Intermediate to higher

**Terms**:

- Full-time (35 hours or more per week)
- 9:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour break (7 hours per day). Monday to Friday
- $20-$25 per hour (to be negotiated) + Bonus at Fiscal Year End

Duties (experience not necessary, if ready to be trained):

- Making orders, contacting with suppliers and freight forwarders, preparing export invoices and shipping paperwork, dealing with customers (distributors) regarding orders, defectives, shortages,
- Bookkeeping (on Sage Simply Accounting software), making and receiving payments, preparing for Fiscal Year End, and communicating with Accountant at Fiscal Year End,
- Packaging and shipping items, arranging courier,
- Assisting the president,
- Managing customers/ supplier contact information, filing, and other administrative duties to keep things organized,
- Proposing new projects/ products
- Writing contents for the company blog and other SNS in Japanese and English,
- Translating English manuals, catalogs and etc to Japanese and vice versa,
- Editing, updating and modifying company web-site
- And other miscellaneous tasks of general office/ administrative clerk

Useful skills (experience not necessary, if willing to learn and/or research)
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and etc)
- Adobe software (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and etc)
- FTP client software
- Sage Simply Accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation and etc)
- Ability to figure out how to use new software and webpage interfaces
