**First College** is a certified private College located in **Kelowna, British Columbia**, and is designated by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the BC government Ministry of Advanced Education.

We are currently expanding and looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as **a part-time receptionist**.

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and personable receptionist who is passionate about providing exceptional service to students, faculty, staff and clients. As the primary point of contact for our college, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment that reflects our values.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the front desk operations of the college, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries from students, faculty, and staff.
- Providing administrative support to various departments, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records on JaneApp for massage clients.
- Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.
- Contributing to the overall success of the college through proactive problem-solving and team collaboration with the admin office and students.
- Other duties that are asked by the administration office.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, best in a clinic or college setting.
- JaneApp knowledge will be an asset.

Working hours:

- 8am to 2pm.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
