NW Yacht Group is Canada & US-based yacht charter company with a fleet of sail and power boats providing bareboat charter trips and sail/power boat training to clients from all over the world.

We are looking for fun, positive team members with a strong work ethic who are able to take direction, work as a team, “do what it takes”, and be self-starters who provide excellent customer service and make our clients holiday experiences memorable and fun.

The **Charter Base Support - Detailing** crew member is a hands-on position in our company. This role finds itself working independently and/or as part of a team depending on the task. The successful crew member has a strong work ethic, a positive work attitude and is keen to learn. It is essential that they can perform assigned tasks efficiently and responsibly in addition to interacting with customers in a professional manner.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Carries out interior and exterior cleaning tasks that meet our established quality standards (Washing the exterior, cleaning the interior, vacuuming, rug shampooing, window cleaning, polishing and protecting chrome etc.).
- Assists with the arrival and departure of vessels from our docks at Port Sidney Marina.
- Provides the highest level of customer service to charter guests and boat owners.
- Assists with other areas of fleet prep/charter activity as needed.

**Required Skills and Abilities**

- Able to enjoy outside work as well as inside work
- Physical fitness - able to lift, walk up stairs and work in tight spaces
- Valid BC driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4-7 months

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
