NW Yacht Group is Canada & US-based yacht charter company with a fleet of sail and power boats providing bareboat charter trips and sail/power boat training to clients from all over the world.

The **Yacht Detailing** crew member is a hands-on position in our company. This role finds itself working independently and/or as part of a team depending on the task. The successful crew member has a positive work attitude, is versatile and adaptable and is keen to learn. It is essential that they can perform assigned tasks efficiently and responsibly in addition to interacting with customers in a professional manner.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Carries out interior and exterior cleaning and housekeeping tasks that meet our established quality standards (Washing the exterior, cleaning the interior, vacuuming, rug shampooing, staging high end beds/towels presentations, window cleaning, polishing and protecting stainless and chrome, etc.).
- Assists with the arrival and departure of vessels from our docks at Port Sidney Marina.
- Assists with other areas of fleet prep/charter activity as needed.

**Required Skills and Abilities**
- This is a physical, outdoor job requiring the ability to lift, walk up stairs/downstairs, bend and work in tight spaces.
- Strong work discipline, attention to detail.
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
- Able to enjoy outside work (Wind, cold, rain, sun) as well as inside work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3-4 months

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
