**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our Events team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in event planning and coordination. The Entry-Level Event Assistant will support the Event Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning and Coordination**:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including meetings, conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.
Support the Event Manager in developing event timelines, agendas, and checklists.

**Vendor and Venue Liaison**:
Communicate with vendors and venues to secure services and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate logistics such as catering, transportation, audio-visual equipment, and decorations.

**Marketing and Promotion**:
Help manage event registration and attendee communications.

**On-site Event Support**:
Provide on-site support during events, including setting up, greeting attendees, and troubleshooting issues.
Assist with event teardown and post-event evaluations.

**Administrative Support**:
Maintain event databases and track event expenses.
Prepare and distribute event-related documents and reports.

**Qualifications**:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
