**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of mechanical operations related to heavy equipment.
- Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions year-round.
- Safety certifications such as H2S, First Aid, are preferred.
