We are currently hiring experienced **Heavy Equipment Operators** for the following roles:

- **Dozer Operators**:

- **Excavator Operators**:

- **Rock Truck Operators**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support earthworks, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material hauling
- Work closely with site supervisors and grade personnel to meet production and quality targets
- Complete pre-operational checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Contribute to site safety by following COR procedures and maintaining a clean work area
- Support the crew with other general labour tasks as required
- Maintain open communication with other operators, foremen, and inspectors

**Position-Specific Requirements**

**Dozer Operators**
- Must have experience operating dozers on active construction sites
- Experience with finishing grades is a strong asset
- GPS experience is considered an asset but not required

**Excavator Operators**
- Must be experienced in bulk loading, trenching, and water/sewer installations
- Experience with finishing work and GPS control systems is an asset

**Rock Truck Operators**
- Experience operating articulated rock trucks on active job sites
- Ability to work in a team and take direction from ground personnel and supervisors

**General Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and jobsite safety
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Class 1 or 3 license is an asset
- First Aid, WHMIS, or other safety training (asset)
- Physically fit and willing to work in variable site and weather conditions

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 - 65 per week
