We are looking for a qualified Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all orders are entered and allocated correctly and efficiently
- Order tickets from nominated suppliers for accounts where this is necessary
- Process and enter drop-ship orders
- Monitor shipping dates and specifications for all orders
- Communicate regularly with our warehouse for any updates on specific orders, special request orders and cancelations;
- Communicate with our third party warehouse and ensure that work orders are transferred seamlessly
- Process sample requests and packages
- Answer customer service inquiries

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2+ years in a similar position
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (excel specifically) and Adobe suite.
- Proficiency in Momentis is an asset
- Quick thinker, self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with multitasking capability and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
