**About the Job**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing efforts. This part-time, on-site position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves content creation, and is confident building compelling presentations and pitch decks.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and leadership team to bring our brand voice to life across presentations, social media, and ad campaigns.

**Objective**

To support the development and execution of marketing strategies through high-quality visuals, engaging content, and well-crafted presentations, helping the brand grow its visibility, credibility, and client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design engaging marketing materials using Canva Pro (social media graphics, reports, flyers, etc.)
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for internal and client-facing use
- Assist in planning and posting social media content across platforms
- Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Facebook ad campaigns
- Help brainstorm creative marketing ideas and assist in content calendar management
- Ensure brand consistency in all visuals and written content
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and campaigns

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Canva Pro and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience creating professional presentations and pitch decks
- Strong command of English - both written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Creative thinker with a good eye for design and branding
- Social media savvy - understands trends and audience engagement
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to take initiative and work independently

This role is ideal for students, freelancers, or professionals seeking part-time, hands-on marketing experience. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your ideas and creativity will be valued.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
