**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.

- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate and oversee equipment maintenance schedules and operational logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and address operational challenges promptly to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Prepare reports for senior management, providing insights into operational performance and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving team success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of operational management, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract (minimum 3 years required).
- Proficiency in using job management software (e.g., Jobber) is an asset.
- Availability to address operational needs during snow events or other critical periods.
