**Parts and Service Coordinator**

The **Parts and Service Coordinator **is a member of the Aquatech dewatering Team who will utilize technical, mechanical, and organizational skills to manage the maple branch inventory for AQUATECH’s pumping fleet and equipment. The Parts and Service Coordinator will provide assistance to facilitate deliveries and field service operations as required and will maintain an orderly department with parts stored in the proper location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue purchase orders for goods purchased.
- Input and update regular scheduled service for rotating equipment into service calendar.
- Provide mechanics with service work orders for field service and in shop billable repairs as well as communicating with the PM’s damages to equipment upon off rent and retuned to the shop.
- Provide estimates to customers for repairs and service on customer owned equipment.
- Maintain an open purchase order report with all purchases awaiting receipt of ordered goods.
- Receive all incoming goods verifying quantities and quality received against information showing on vendor’s packing slips.
- Complete return forms when shipping purchased goods back to vendor.
- Maintain an open work order for all AQUATECH Fleet equipment returning off-rent.
- Issue required parts to AQUATECH mechanics for repair of equipment and clearly record transactions on the appropriate work orders.
- Monitor and maintain part min/max levels for parts and service.
- Maintain files for AQUATECH equipment, including vehicles and support equipment.
- Maintain clear records of current pricing and vendor information for all items purchased on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular inventory of all serial numbered equipment for service/manager to maintain accurate equipment inventory tracking.
- Assist with delivery and service department as required.
- Daily handling of pumps and pumping accessories
- Warranty claims
- On a regular basis fulfill parts orders for customers on daily basis
- Provide quotes to customers for repairs parts and services with service manager.

**Qualifications and Required Experience**
- Very strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Very strong computer skills - Microsoft, Systematics, etc.
- Basic knowledge of and experience in general shipping and receiving procedures
- Basic knowledge of pumping equipment, parts and service industry
- Basic knowledge of diesel engines an asset
- Uninhibited ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, reach and grasp.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and on a daily basis.
- Occasional exposure to weather conditions and shop environment
- Valid g class divers’ licence.
- Customer service experience is a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
