Bilingual Account Coordinator

Maple, Canada Glass and door company Full time

We are a busy national commercial glass, doors and lock company. We are looking to add an additional account coordinator to our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects
- Collaborate with other team members

Duties include (but are not limited to)
- Dispatching technicians and subcontractors
- updating customers
- ordering parts
- following up on open calls
- estimating

Dispatching and construction experience an asset

**Requirements**:

- Must have strong verbal and written French and English skills
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - in both French and English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as medical insurance, vision care and dental.

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
