Review formal RFPs and informal requests from clients.
- Interpret project requirements, pose questions, and establish a strategy to win work.
- Lead the writing and layout of all aspects related to proposal submissions.
- Collect and adapt visual imagery, case studies, and other assets from templates.
- Maintain staff CVs, client testimonials, and client contacts to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with the rest of the business development team, senior directors, and design staff throughout the company.
- Administrative tasks related to managing internal databases and documents.
- Liaise with internal working groups and clients as required.

**Requirements**:

- Thoughtful writing and meticulous editing skills.
- Strong communication skills and professional etiquette.
- Desire to actively participate in client-facing meetings and presentations.
- Excellent time management and ability to define priorities.
- Able to absorb concepts and develop industry knowledge quickly.
- Appreciation for design, architecture, and urban development.
- Proficiency in Mac OS & Google Suite platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
