We are currently looking to fill a permanent, full-time position for a Tool Crib Attendant for our Maintenance Department at our Farms Leamington, ON location.

The Tool Crib Attendant receives all maintenance and infrastructure inventory from third party vendors, maintains strict inventory controls, shipping and receiving supplies, perform weekly spot audits and maintain direct communication with maintenance staff and delivery drivers along with the issuance of tools/supplies to maintenance and other departments as needed.

**Job Specific Duties**
- Must ensure that supply orders meet the demand of the equipment/supplies that are required.
- Maintain minimum quantities of supplies that are used regularly. S/he is required to order supplies as needed themselves or put in a purchase order/request depending on the item.
- Ensure the sign out sheet is utilized for tools and follow up with those that are not returned.
- Collecting and completing the receiving of incoming orders, reconciling purchase order to Bill of materials.
- Maintaining inventory system to ensure stock level maintain a proper working level.
- Maintain organization of tool crib and equipment area and ensure materials and supplies are accessible depending on the seasonality requirements of the business.
- Reconcile packing slips and enter data into ConnectWise. Send the packing slips to Accounts Payable and file.
- Keep products organized both in the stock room and on the computer for ease of use.
- Manage returns as required.
- Delivery of orders to the proper departments
- Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Computer literacy is required at a systems usage level.
- Knowledge with ERP systems, CMMS, and accounting software
- Basic math and literacy skills required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills are necessary.
- A general knowledge of tools and parts is essential.

**Working Conditions**
- There may be heavy lifting at times.
- Works with a diverse group of employees, management, and departments.
- Able to work independently but also a good team player.

**Physical Requirements**
- This role requires time spent in the office and on the floor, standing for long periods of time as well as focused administrative work to maintain accurate records.
