**Overview**

**Duties**
- Visual and Physical Inspections of our Fabricated Parts, utilizing various tools
- Creation and submission of quality documentation as required
- Perform and complete first article inspections and in-process verifications as required
- Non-conformance reporting and tracking (Knowledge of 5Whys and 8D’s a plus)
- Tool calibration and certification
- Prepare customer buy-off for shipping
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.

**Experience**
- Must have computer skills -Microsoft/3d Programs
- Ability to complete complex mathematical equations and read complex mechanical

drawings; Proficient with reading blueprints and GD&T interpretations
- Skilled in the use of inspection tools, including caliper’s, micrometer’s, surface gauges, height gauges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail, with a results-driven approach
- Strong organizational and workload planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Demonstrate reliable work and attendance history
- 6S Sigma training an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
