ABI System/ Tara Packaging is looking for a performance driven individual, with a passion for Customer Service, selling and building relationships, to further sales career in the food and packaging industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound sales calls to established customer list and prospect list
- Answer inbound calls from all accounts
- Cold Calling
- Generate new customer leads
- Develop new business
- Provide excellent customer service
- Negotiate spot sales
- Up-sell customers with product specific to their business

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Canadian Inbound/Outbound Customer Service or Sales Experience is MUST.
- Should have a Canadian Driving license and reliable vehicle.
- Results-oriented focus on desire for success
- Packaging and Foodservice industry experience a definite asset
- Strong communication and good time management skills
- Present professional image over the phone & in person
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good command of Social media, creating marketing campaigns and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in the business and marketing.
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to engage in conversations with small and large groups with ease
- Proven work ethic with the utmost integrity and desire to excel and succeed
- Outgoing, energetic, upbeat and fun personality

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
