One Floral Group is a wholesale flower producer that provides tailored floral solutions to retail customers throughout North America and is one of the fastest growing producers of floral products. Our business has over four million square feet of growing and production space in more than six facilities in three different climate zones. We have the ability to grow and build a variety of products, including potted plants and planters, outdoor lawn and garden plants, and vegetable propagation in the best conditions.
The position requires a detail oriented, flexible individual that can work in a team and independently to ensure that the quality of customer service by One Floral meets company standards. The individual should have excellent follow-through procedures, be able to problem solve, and can work in a fast paced and high-energy atmosphere.
Skills and qualifications required:
- College diploma in business or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
- Possess above average accuracy and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experienced using an ERP system or Microsoft Dynamics-Navision experience beneficial
- Advanced MS Office experience
- Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written)
- Must be reliable, highly organized and dependable

- Customer & Product Knowledge_

- Understand the products available by the organization.
- Understand procedures required to obtain, process and delivery product to customers.
- Strong geographical understanding of where our customers are located.
- Strong understanding of our current and potential customers.
- Obtain, process, and receive information from customers.
- Accuracy of information regarding customer requirements and company processes.

- Customer Support_
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop sales programs in line with the organizations sales and growth plans.
- Manage customer issues with strong customer relations skills and mediate customer complaints.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeds expectations.
- Understand and maintain all tasks and projects that are in progress between the customer and the company.
- To work as part of the sales team to develop and manage program execution from a product movement perspective.
- Assuring focused and productive communication with the Sales, Planning, Production, and Logistics Departments.
- Communicate customer specific requirements to the team.
- Provide support to the team to help them attain sales targets and to assist in the development of the sales plan to ensure that all sales demand is aligned with production schedules.
- Understand the products available by the organization and procedures required to obtain, process and deliver products to the customer.
- Foster internal communication with all departments.
- Administration_
- Maintain clear and accurate communication among internal departments as follows;
- Problem solves solutions to issues that arise with regards to quality, quantity, delivery, or customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a level of confidentiality in day-to-day activities.
- Internal & External communication to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Time management, organized, great follow-up and attention to detail.
- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting_
- Data entry of Seacliff orders into the system accurately and update as communicated.
- Support and administer reporting.
- Provide required data reports to support sales activities.
- **Health and Safety**_
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Follow Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, the Occupational Health & Safety Act, and other relevant Codes and Standards.

**Salary**: $18/hr
Hours of work: M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Vacation: 2 weeks of prorated vacation
