Apex Trailer Group is one of Canada’s fastest-growing trailer repair companies. We specialize in delivering high-quality repairs backed by exceptional customer service. As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and organized **Client Experience & Office Coordinator** to join our Calgary team.

This isn’t your average admin job—we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the friendly face (and voice) of our business.

**What You'll Do**
- Support management and team members with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely communication with customers and vendors
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and internal reporting
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Help with HR and accounting support (e.g., onboarding paperwork, invoice tracking)
- Order supplies and manage office inventory
- Collaborate with the shop team to ensure smooth daily operations

**What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Experience in a repair or heavy-duty shop environment is an asset
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
