2 Enterprises Corp. is a locally owned business, proudly operating several successful companies in the towing and transportation industry. G2 also provides the back-office support including accounting, payroll and benefits, human resources, information technology, and strategic planning support.

We are looking to add a **Dispatcher **to our team within the **Brad's Towing **division.

Brad’s Towing started in 2001 with only a 1996 F450 and Century wrecker. Since our humble beginnings, we have expanded to also provide services with deck trucks, tractor trailers, semi towing and recovery with a fleet of over 40 pieces of equipment. We also offer specialty services and equipment such as air cushions, winch skids, and animal transfers. We pride ourselves on our reputation for dependable and reliable service. The **Dispatcher** is the key liaison between our customers and drivers and is responsible for providing quality service throughout the entire interaction - from answering calls, assessing needs, and dispatching appropriate equipment as needed. In addition, the Dispatcher helps customers in accessing and retrieving their vehicles from the compound when needed.

We are looking for someone who is available to work shifts scheduled between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

**What you will be doing**:

- Answer customer calls on a multi-line phone system - all calls must be answered within two rings
- Collect essential information and enter data in the electronic system in “real time” while communicating with customers
- Provide specialized dispatch services to ensure the timely and effective transportation of equipment, product, and supplies
- Estimate trip costs and provide accurate service estimates to customers
- Coordinate with peers to dispatch fleet operators effectively and efficiently
- Clearly communicate the specifics of each customer situation to fleet operators
- Verify and confirm invoices prior to sending to customers
- Prepare necessary documentation as per customers’ requests
- Coordinate details including necessary permits and paperwork as required by customers
- Process pre-authorizations prior to dispatching calls for one-time customers
- Problem-solve situations and prioritize as they arise
- Escort customers to the yard to access or pick up their vehicles
- Process invoices and payments for customers retrieving vehicles from compound
- Complete the outstanding invoice report as assigned
- Contribute to keeping office areas tidy, organized, stocked and clean
- Evening shift (after 6:00 pm) performs light cleaning duties as needed, including but not limited to:

- Check printer to ensure paper is full for next day
- Tidy common areas (front desk, dispatch office, and lunchroom)
- Empty and take out garbage and recycling
- Ensure supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels) are filled in bathrooms and lunchroom
- Sweep main floor and lunchroom areas
- Evening shift ensures all doors are locked to the building and shop, lights are shut off and phone is forwarded to call centre
- Other duties as assigned or required

**What you will need to bring**:

- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Passion for helping others with a positive, can-do, and fun-loving attitude
- Computer savviness and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong comprehension and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to stay calm under pressure and manage high-stress situations
- Excellent organizational skills with a great attention for detail
- Team-oriented attitude, desire to support others, and a willingness to “get stuff done” and keep busy
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute to the greater good of a fast-paced office
- Ability to diffuse and resolve conflict in a professional manner
- Clear criminal record check
