Steeves Excavating has been serving the Greater Moncton area for over 45 years. We pride ourselves on our customer service and quality in both residential and commercial projects.

We are currently looking for a Seasonal Full Time Foreman to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate multiple construction crews across different project sites
- Oversee daily operations for civil construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Monitor performance on each job and provide feedback to management
- Ensure all work being performed is done following health and safety guidelines and escalate any concerns to management
- Act as a liaison between field crews, management, and clients, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations
- Other work may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction preferred
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver's abstract
- Surveying background and grading experience would be considered an asset
- Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills
- Resume and references supporting previous work experience
- Must be willing to work long hours (12 hour shifts)

Competitive hourly wage will be based upon the experience and qualifications of applicant. Medical benefits including dental, vision, and extended health care are also available.
