**Parts for Trucks** is a leading provider of heavy-duty truck repair services, specializing in maintaining and repairing vehicles in the heavy-duty transportation industry. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and motivated **Shop Foreman** to join us.

The **Shop Foreman**will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our repair shop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in heavy-duty truck repair, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Details**:

- Supervise and assist in managing a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Schedule and prioritize repair jobs to optimize workflow and minimize turnaround time.
- Possess strong technical knowledge to assist technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
- Collaborate with service writers to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Review completed repair orders to ensure proper description and accurate coding of work performed.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure high-quality service.
- Identify training needs for the team and provide ongoing coaching.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Schedule: 4:00pm - 12:00am Monday - Friday.**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Shop Foreman or similar leadership role in the truck and transport repair industry.
- Strong technical background with expertise in diagnosing and repair as a Licensed Truck & Transport / Trailer Technician.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient in shop management software and computer skills.
