Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Administrator will support part-time recruitment efforts, maintain various HR software, and respond to HR related inquiries within the organization, escalating where needed. This position is ideally suited for a recent graduate eager to make an immediate impact and broaden their HR skillset.

**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Assist with various aspects of the part-time recruitment process, including collaborating with hiring managers, coordinating, and conducting interviews, building new employee profiles, and other onboarding activities;
- Use our various HR systems and software to accurately enroll, update, and maintain employee profiles and information;
- Extract information and data from our systems to prepare, manipulate, and audit reports;
- Support the maintenance and delivery of a wide range of HR programs and initiatives;
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

What’s needed:_**
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field;
- 0 - 2 years of Human Resources or administrative experience; Industry certification or academic credentials related to the work is considered an asset;
- Experience using various online and cloud-based technologies;
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
- Demonstrated time-management and organizational skills;
- Elevated level of customer service standard for both internal and external clients;
- Strong people skills with the ability to build and foster positive relationships;
- Effective and engaging presentation and public speaking abilities;
- Additional Assets:

- Experience working with ADP Workforce Now, Appraisd, DocuSign, SurveyMonkey, and a company intranet;
- Bilingualism in English and French.
