**Human Resource Administrator** Partners in Parenting is searching for a part-time leading to full-time Human Resources Administrator who will play a critical role for the Organization. We provide services for children, youth and adults with complex medical and developmental disabilities in Eastern Ontario. Over the years, our programs have evolved to include Specialized Foster Care, Respite Services, Supported Living Programs and Day Service Programs. Under the guidance of the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will be responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the Organization to help deliver key HR administration processes such as, but not limited to: filing, employment reference checks, assisting with interviews, payroll administration, group benefits administration and other administration processes as defined by Partners in Parenting. **Duties**: - Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documents - Creating, reformatting and converting documents. - Participate in departmental projects and initiatives and suggest process improvements. - Maintain and update the company filing and data systems, including HR employee files and archiving. - Monitor and orchestrate employee training/compliance (FACPR, Crim checks, etc.). - Prepare, review and modify general templates, letters and reports - Provide support for payroll processing. - Assist with group benefit plan administration. - Assist with maintenance and updates with Dayforce HCM platform. **Qualifications**: - Minimum 2 years of Human Resources and office administration experience. - Self-starter. - Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Office 365 suite, Dayforce HCM. - High degree of confidentiality. - Professional attitude. - Ability to prioritize work, multi-task projects, and exercise effective time management. - Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate and work collaboratively with individuals at every level of the organization. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. - payroll experience. - Human Resources or Administrative diploma (or equivalent) preferred. **Assets** - A clear and solid understanding of the industry and Social Services Sector. - Ceridian Dayforce experience. **Schedule & Salary Information** - Monday to Friday 9am-3pm - Starting at 30 hours per week and may increase to a full-time position depending on needs. - $ 23.18 per/hour minimum - based on experience and education. **Benefits** - Health benefits package available. - Wellness and professional development credits available. - Flexible scheduling. - Paid time off. - Employee Assistance Program. - RRSP matching. - Free onsite parking. **Work / Life balance**: We understand the importance of self-care for our employees and work to ensure they are taking the time off needed to recharge.
