As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in connecting directly with customers in face-to-face settings, representing both Clearline Advisors and our clients within the community. This is a hands-on opportunity designed for someone who enjoys engaging with people and promoting Rogers Telecommunication Services, thrives in interactive environments, and is excited to start building a career in sales.
**What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Representative**:
- Engage with customers face-to-face in designated local areas, presenting products and Rogers Telecommunication Services that align with their needs.
- Deliver persuasive Rogers Telecommunication Services sales presentations and negotiate contracts for top-tier phone, Internet, and telecommunications products.
- Build strong customer relationships by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Track your results and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Representatives, sharing insights and strategies to maximize team success.
- Stay informed on new phone, internet, and wireless products, Rogers Telecommunication Services, and promotions so you can provide the best possible solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, with clear opportunities to advance from an Entry Level Sales Representative into leadership and management roles.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while celebrating achievements alongside a supportive, growth-focused team.
**What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Representative**:
- A high school diploma is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Prior experience promoting Rogers Telecommunication Services is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in face-to-face interactions.
- Goal-oriented and competitive, with the ability to achieve key KPI metrics.
- Ambitious, hardworking, and eager to grow in a sales-driven, people-first environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
**Compensation & Job Details**:
- **Position Type**: Full-Time
- **Earnings**: Commission-Based
- **Clients & Products**: Promote Rogers Telecommunication Services, including phone, internet, and other wireless products.*Entry Level Sales Representatives, on average, earn between $48,000-$56,000/year. Payout is based on completed appointments.
- **Schedule**: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
**Job Locations**: Richmond office location and field locations in surrounding areas as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
