**Entry-Level Solar Sales Representative** - Full coaching provided to start, with opportunity to progress to an Independent Territory Operator (ITO).

**Overview**:
As a Sales Representative at **HQ Energy**, you'll play a key role in our mission to educate homeowners about solar energy and energy efficiency. You'll represent HQ Energy in the field, build relationships, and guide clients toward sustainable energy solutions. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and develop a high-income career in solar sales.

**Pay**: $60,000 - $120,000 per year (commission based, uncapped earning potential)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-person sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
- Represent HQ Energy with professionalism and build trust-based relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure smooth project handoffs and execution.
- Lead by example, setting the standard for performance and results in your territory.
- Implement feedback and continuously improve sales strategies.
