As a Team Leader and Yard Associate you are friendly and efficient. We are looking for a positive driven individual who will take on the added responsibility of helping their team. As a yard /warehouse member you help our customers to the best of your ability. Working outside in hot/cold temperatures and physical labour is a requirement for this position. From plywood to drywall, you could do it all.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Must be able to work up to 35-44 hours per week during weekdays, evenings, weekends and some holidays, (position not intended for students attending school during the day).
- **Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds**:

- Ability to understand store procedures and policies
- Willingness to learn and expand with company developments
- Ability to work cooperatively in team atmosphere
- Maintain a positive attitude, while executing excellent customer service and communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and offer a friendly greeting
- Ask open ended questions to be able to determine their needs and find a solution that the customer finds satisfaction with.
- Be enthusiastic with the customer and show compassion when appropriate to do so
- Thank the customer each and every time.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
- Willing to participate in seminars, webinars, training sessions and meetings to expand your knowledge
- Complete all Health and Safety Training as required
- Be able to build loads for our delivery drivers.
- Be a team player
- Work in a safe manner in accordance to all safety legislation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ranging from $17.00 to $19.00

Wage depending on experience.
