Salon Receptionist

Spaxs Nail Bar Inc is a well-established full-service Salon providing clients with services within the Windsor-Essex area. Our mission is to enhance the inner beauty in all our clients by providing one-of-a-kind services and superior quality products. We provide a comfortable, clean, relaxing, and social atmosphere to ensure all clients expectations are surpassed.

**Duties and Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to**:

- Greet clients with a Smile
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Converse with all clients in a Professional manner
- Build a professional rapport with our clients
- Provide our clients with a superb experience
- Maintain a clean tidy reception desk and area
- Maintain a high standard of sanitization of all tools
- Perform Salon cleaning duties when required (Laundry, sweep, mop, etc.)
- Ability to delegate tasks to employees
- Stock Salon supplies when required
- Promote, upselling of Salon services and retail products to clients
- Uphold the confidentiality of our clients at all times
- Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to work independently
- Receptive to direction from the Management Team
- Adhere to all company policies and protocols
- Adhere to all COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols
- Complete all mandatory Training provided by Management
- Work professionally in a Team environment to achieve maximum results

**Qualifications**:

- **MUST be available SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS**:

- **Must be able to work any shifts between Monday to Sunday during our Salon Operational hours**:

- Punctual
- Dependable
- Fluent in English
- Personable personality
- High standard of appearance and hygiene
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong Customer service skills and experience

**Part-time 10-15 per week**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
