With a strong reputation and two professional crews, we’re looking for a Crew Leader who’s ready to take ownership of project execution, coach others, and deliver results that clients rave about.

**Your Role as Crew Leader**
- Lead 1-3 painters on residential & commercial job sites
- Set up jobs: review scope, prepare materials/equipment, and message the client
- Conduct client walkthroughs and set expectations clearly
- Maintain schedule, enforce quality, and solve problems on the fly
- Send daily progress updates to the client & production manager
- Wrap jobs with pride: touch-ups, cleanups, final walkthroughs, and payment
- Request reviews, referrals, and set lawn signs
- Represent the company’s standards and coach your team to meet them

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Takes pride in doing the job right — on time, clean, and professional
- Has painting experience (mandatory) and ideally crew lead or supervisory experience
- Is highly reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Communicates clearly and is comfortable speaking with clients
- Wants to build a long-term career in a company that rewards growth
- Has a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

**Experience**:

- Residential painting: 2 years (required)
