**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring a warm, hospitable environment for customers and staff.
- Supervising and maintaining service and quality standards of the restaurant (conduct, teamwork, consistency, up-selling, timeliness, attention to detail, cleanliness, etc.)
- Holding restaurant staff accountable to daily activities before and after close (cleaning duties, summer duties, tills, etc.).
- Collaborating with staff to look for potential efficiencies where possible.
- Organizing impromptu meetings with staff when needed to communicate new changes and more from management.
- Communicating with management any relevant day-to-day information (staff performance, complaints/issues, etc.).
- Additional duties may be performed as needed.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sarnia, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
