Founded in St. John’s, Newfoundland, **The Little Sparo** is proud to bring its next chapter to Sarnia, Ontario.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily FOH and BOH operations with a strong on-floor presence
- Oversee restaurant and hotel food & beverage operations
- Champion Sparo’s unscripted, genuine service philosophy
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to align service flow and food execution
- Engage with guests, resolve issues, and create memorable experiences
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Manage labor, costs, inventory, and operational standards
- Play a key role in pre-opening, soft launch, and opening execution

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a full-service restaurant; Italian or upscale casual experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead both front-and back-of-house teams
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability and willingness to work the floor
- Passion for hospitality, local culture, food, wine, and guest experience

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
