**Job Overview**:
We are currently looking for a **Front End Driver **for one of clients in **Oakville, On**. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front end area.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIR)
- Drive front-end trucks on designated routes to collect and transport solid waste
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and compliance with laws
- Collaborate with Dispatch and Route Supervisor for efficiency and customer service
- Use FleetMind for work documentation
- Complete route documentation accurately
- Report any incidents or issues to the Route Supervisor

**Working Conditions**:

- Drive commercial trucks through the yard and from dealers
- Operate in tight environments with overhead hazards
- Work in various weather conditions
- Perform time-sensitive pickups and deliveries

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Must be insurable to operate a commercial vehicle
- Hold a Class D Ontario license with Z airbrake endorsement (AZ preferred)
- Minimum of 1 years of front-end truck experience
- Proficient in maneuvering and backing commercial trucks
- Clean CVOR driver abstract for the past 24 months
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and customer focus
- Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehension for report documentation

**Location**: Oakville, ON

**Start Time**: 6 AM

**Schedule Options**:

- Monday to Friday
- Tuesday to Saturday

**Salary and Benefits**:

- **Hourly Rate**: $27+
- **Overtime**: Available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Licence (required)
