**Gore Motors Honda** is currently seeking a **Full-Time Warranty Administrator** to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly organized individual with attention to detail and strong work ethics. The position is responsible for supporting the warranty process. The Warranty Administrator's duties include but are not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process warranty claims.
- Complete all warranty paperwork in compliance with dealership policies.
- Prepare and submit all warranty claims, reconcile them accordingly.
- Verify claim criteria as required.
- Follow up on payment of outstanding warranty claims to keep receivables current.
- Resubmit all rejected claims promptly or receive authorization to write them off.
- Track warranty parts through an organized process, arrange for parts to be shipped.
- Files and maintains all service records as required from warrantor to vehicle manufacturer.
- Stays up to date with all factory recalls and bulletins.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, OSSD
- Dealership experience an asset
- Minimum of 1 years related work experience (ex. Customer Service, etc. )
- Previous experience in an administrative, or warranty role preferred
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Professional, reliable and a commitment to provide excellent customer service
