**What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Territory manage**r **at Bumper to Bumper**:
- The Territory Manager would be responsible for developing relationships with customers, growing accounts in their assigned territory to commercial and industrial enterprises and providing field service when needed.
- Acts as liaison to coordinate information and service between the end user of a product and the sales representatives in the selling organization.
- Works closely with sales representatives and/or Branch team to review product sales and customer requirements; plans for the overall timely processing of sales orders including product purchase, management of product delivery, and communication of sales orders to vendor and other departments through proper documentation of requirements.
- Works with Branch team to provide timely financial and technical project status reports including final project profit summary reports.
- Collaborates with other team members in the production team to meet and/or exceed financial targets as well as provide a high level of customer service and support.
- Provides support to project managers and sales teams as required.
- Works with end users to install, inspect, maintain, operate, and/or repair equipment.
- Oversees and facilitates the delivery and installation of products.
- Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.
- Travels to locations to inspect, service, and repair equipment.
- Coordinates all aspects of product delivery.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Works effectively with other employees in the organization to support both internal and external customers.
- Administers customer and supplier invoices including preparation, communicating, and tracking for the production department.
- Coordinates any necessary documentation including drawing approvals with engineering, vendors, and customers.
- Accurate reporting of rented, sold or returned units.
- Understand and ensure discount and warranty structure is applied accurately.
**What will make you the ideal Territory manager at Bumper to Bumper**:
- Education: High School; Diploma in Business or related field.
- CET - Certified Engineering Technologist.
- Prior experience in related field highly preferred.
- Work experience: 3 - 4 years.
- Able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk and working on computer.
- Able to lift 50 lbs (22.7 kgs) at a time.
- Personable and able to work as part of a team.
