Position Summary
Our content is one of the first things our customers see when they use our products. We want to create a great first impression, excite our customers, educate them on the possibilities, help them when they run into issues, and enhance our company brand.
About the Role
Responsibilities include the following:
- Create helpful and concise UX copy for Samsung B2B’s products and services.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Samsung’s B2B technology, services, and business strategy.
- Build on scalable strategies to standardize brand voice and establish consistency across different services, such as style guides and content libraries.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, researchers, developers, and many others to develop engaging product experiences.
- Take a content-first approach to design—help shape user navigation and product understanding.
Role and Responsibilities
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need the following:
- 5+ years' experience as a UX writer, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent
- Excellent proficiency in English, with an ability to explain highly complex concepts in plain English
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive UX initiatives, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience using data sources and unmoderated user testing tools to measure, analyze, and refine UX copy
- Good understanding of design and UX processes, with experience using design tools such as Figma
- Understanding of how to succeed on a global team in different time zones
Skills and Qualifications
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $83,900 to $108,600 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
The total rewards package for a Regular Full-Time employee may include variable incentive, savings matching (RRSP/TFSA/NRSP), extended health and dental benefits with spending accounts, wellness and well-being benefits, development opportunities, and other employee perks.
