**About the role**

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in product success by aligning technology with business objectives. Your role involves guiding product development, conducting market research, and fostering innovation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure product quality, usability, and alignment with business goals. This role demands strong analytical skills, deep tech understanding, and the ability to translate complexities into actionable insights for the team.

**What you’ll do**
- Drive the product development lifecycle by defining technical requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring on-time delivery in collaboration with engineering teams
- Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the roadmap for your product domain area
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to align technical messaging, promotions, and support strategies
- Develop and execute internal enablement sessions, focusing on product usage and technical capabilities
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to design and implement intuitive interfaces that optimize user experience
- Collaborate with Technical Writers to develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes
- Lead technical product demos, presentations, and workshops for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to showcase product features and benefits
- Gather user feedback, and iterate on product features and functionality
- Monitor product performance metrics and analytics, leveraging data insights to evaluate success and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Serve as the technical liaison for partnerships, addressing complexities in third-party service integration and prioritizing user experience considerations
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product enhancement strategies

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on platform products, API development, product integrations or development experience
- Proven track record in managing technically complex products from concept to launch and continuous enhancement
- Thorough understanding of SaaS and PaaS service models
- Hands-on experience with product management tools like Jira and Agile processes such as Scrum, Kanban and roadmapping
- Experience in E-commerce / Payments / Fintech or related areas would be a plus
- Previous engineering or other technical background would be a plus
