We are seeking an individual aligned with our value in high-quality educational services and reflects our core competencies to join our team as a Marketing Specialist.

The Marketing Specialist will manage the creation and implementation of consistent written and visual content across various channels to meet company objectives and drive audience engagement. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of meeting in person once per week at our main office in North York.

The Marketing Specialist will report to the General Manager and be responsible for:

- Execute on content marketing strategies to support overall business objectives
- Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation
- Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions
- Experienced in growing social media accounts (WeChat, 小红书, TikTok, and Youtube)
- Comfortable in front of the camera and able to edit your own videos
- Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Mandarin
- Attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a degree in progress
- Experiences in sales, communication, and marketing through many channels
- Experience in creating content targeted at parents and the education fields is an asset
- Creative problem solving - comfortable pitching new ideas
- Be able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
