**Description**:
The
**Traffic Coordinator** knows every aspect of our department’s workflow and production processes. They are trusted to keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines. Traffic coordinator jobs demand organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and sometimes a diplomatic touch. A Traffic Coordinator’s duties include working with our cross-functional teams to
**collaborate **on design asks for a number of Saje’s partner channels. The Traffic Coordinator is
**an expert at tracking and disseminating information** project health information. And has demonstrated a highly adaptable skillset between project management software, file storage systems and Microsoft’s suite of programs.

Through day to day functions, the **Traffic Coordinator **contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje’s culture; proactively engaging in behaviours that align with Saje’s values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness and Belonging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project assignment, timeline setting and design turnaround time ‘educator’
- Staying on top of all of the pieces that make up a design project, regardless of which design channel that project falls under
- Watching deadlines, negotiating for more time when needed, building timelines that create buffers and staying focused on getting teams delivering ahead of time is paramount
- Detail finding and Cross-functional communication
- Directing the workflow daily to the design and copy teams from our cross-functional partners through your understand how all of the pieces come together—making sure everything is accomplished by the time indicated
- Understand when a brief has gaps and have a ‘cheat-sheet’ to refer to in kick-offs to make sure key information is presented
- Agility to jump from one conversation to another as the project oversight you have requires daily interaction with many teams within Saje
- Contributes to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion

- Operations oriented - live in departmental SOPs and test these where needed in order to workshop updates and train on any evolution of our standard operating procedures.
- Stress management - patient and are excellent at managing stress and pressure.
