Page The Cleaner is an Edmonton-based family owned dry cleaner that has served Albertans since 1935, and has become one of Alberta's leading dry cleaners.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet and assist customers with their cleaning needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Provide expert advice on our services and upsell additional offerings while focusing on value and efficiency.
- Handle orders, process payments, and manage customer inquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter environment using Lean principles to reduce waste and streamline operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and identify areas for service improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to meet counter goals, continuously improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and curiosity about our business and operational processes.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for providing outstanding service and a willingness to learn.
- A continuous improvement mindset—looking for ways to simplify tasks, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve customer interactions.

**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience in a dry-cleaning, laundry, or têxtile-related industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.

**Physical & Work Environment Requirements**
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable handling garments, including lifting, sorting, and tagging.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying workloads.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE when required.
- Ability to adapt to different work environments and locations

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
