**The Opportunity**
The Corporate Administrator will assist the Senior Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day administration in support of all divisions and departments as required. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Provide reports as requested by corporate team
- Manage supply inventory and purchases required to maintain the office
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, HSE and other activities
- Record and prepare meeting minutes and transcripts
- Create and format documents per company policies
- Support accounting with collecting receipts and tracking expenses and invoicing
- Maintain files and complete periodic reviews to ensure they are current and accurate
- Support in arrange travel and accommodation for incoming and outgoing team members
- Ensure orientation and onboarding documents are completed and ensure Manager & Supervisors are aware of any updates
- Prepare new hire package and greet new team members when they arrive in-office, and support corporate orientation and onboarding
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment through diligent practice of all HSE regulations
- Potential travel to support both local and international projects
- Support the team with enquiries and other administration tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**
- 2 to 4 years administrative experience
- Vessel and Marine industry knowledge is an asset
- Experience working with SharePoint is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Exceptional comprehension and command of the English language; (written & verbal)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
- Proficiency with office related electronics and IT (computers, phones, printers)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize project support
- Ability to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to foster and maintain a positive tone within the team and to work cooperatively through personal behavior, work contribution and sharing of expertise and knowledge
- Able to clear a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring and potential random tests throughout employment with prior notice

**Physical Working Conditions**
- Some repetitive, physical activity involved (sitting, typing, walking, kneeling, reaching, lifting)
- Lifting light to medium level weights (up to 20lbs.)
- General office environment
