**Job Description**:
As the Logistics Coordinator, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the Manager in all administrative tasks that contribute to the proper functioning of our Warehouse.

**How will you support the team?**
- Maintain established inventory control procedures, record stock transfers, monitor and update inventory records, and produce reports.
- Control the outside storage inventory detailed file in an efficient manner.
- Identify and coordinate inter-DC shipments and receivings using Excel and WMS and arrange these transfers with the transportation company.
- Act as a point of contact between the warehouse and the various Head Office departments.
- Participate in annual and semi-annual inventory processes.
- Perform administrative tasks, including the production of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Validate and process employee timesheets before sending to payroll.

- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- A sense of urgency and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, emphasis on Data Analysis using Pivot Tables in Excel.
- Team players.
- Knowledgeable in WMS.
- Bilingual in French and English.
